Kabinett Rieslings are made in a light and fruity style, typically, and are among the most popular of German wines because of their versatility. They have natural sweetness (no sugar added!) balanced with fresh fruity acidity, and go well with a number of foods including seafood, spicy dishes, and Asian cuisine.
