Travels to Didier Dagueneau at Pouilly-sur-Loire inspired this bottling, a round, plush, elegant, exceptional Sauvignon Blanc. Because it is entirely fermented from its natural yeast in stainless steel, the aroma has real character to it, very deep, having a touch of what the French call sauvage. The handsome fruit is slightly sweet to the tongue, but it is not a sweet wine overall. This is as accomplished and mouth-filling and lush as you will find in the New World.
