Akebono sake from Fukushima. This sake maker produces the popular brands of Japan's national drink known as Issho Seishun (eternally young) and Tenmei (dawn) in a splendid Hinoki made building constructed 200-years-ago. A tour of the building requires a reservation. Sipping this rare and wonderful sake from, from all female sake makers, does not.
