At one time it simply was not possible to get a decent pinot noir for under $10. Well things have changed, and I must admit I’m amazed at how much true pinot character can be found in a wine this inexpensive. Nicely balanced, with bright berry fruit that’s not excessively soft or soupy like so many budget pinots, this is a wine you can serve often without feeling like you’re “settling” for something inferior. Amazing value.
