Not as rich and intense as the Pedro Ximenez, so some may prefer this gem. You may still get a sugar high from the bouquet - it is sweet you know. One could just sniff this stuff all night long! Now for the first sip - liquid raisins in a smooth sugar sauce, with a touch of prunes and just a hint of apricot. Velvety smooth, mouth-coating, with a finish that goes on forever! There is one problem. With 17% alcohol in this you could get into trouble if you finish the bottle on your own. Serve with some chill on it.
