Welcome to the world of Brachetto; a grape that may have originated in Provence, France, and an area that was under Italian control for a few hundred years. This is the wine you must try. Not because I say so, but because of how lovely it is. Wherever it came from it’s a flower-raspberry varietal and with some frizzante to it makes for a simply scrumptious treat.
