A crisp, fresh-tasting white wine from the Southwest of France. Pellehaut is owned and operated by the Beraut family, true farmers of the land—cattle, wheat, and sunflowers surround the vineyards. The Harmonie Blanc is a traditional blend of five grapes: Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, Colombard, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is very aromatic, and I love the fresh citrus and balanced acidity. The wine sees no maloactic fermentation, so it’s especially refreshing. It’s the perfect summer white!

2005 Côtes de Gascogne Blanc Cuvée Harmonie
Château de Pellehaut
A blend of local grapes such as Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Colombard, as well as a smattering of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the Pellehaut Harmonie answers all needs for a wine that is cool, crisp, fresh and inexpensive. Soft, floral aromas invite you to take sip after sip of this great quaffer, light without being simple or thin. This is the one that the staff buys by the case.
