Klostersatz is one of the oldest vineyard sites in the Wachau, which was established by monks from Bavaria and Salzberg. Typical of the wines from this vineyard is spicy fruit and gentle minerality. On the nose, there is delicate pear; on the palate, juicy yellow fruits and mineral combine white pepper and clove. A delectable wine to savor with crab cakes, sea bass, or Veal Cordon Bleu.
