2003 Decoy Red Wine
Napa Valley
Made by Duckhorn Winery, the Decoy Red blend changes every year, but is always fun to drink. The blend this year is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Cabernet Franc. Ripe, juicy fruit and cedar engulf the nose. The fruit follows through to the palate with an addition of cassis and subtle oak. The only problem with this wine is that Duckhorn cut our allocation in half due to small production so the wine won�t last long.
