This wine arrived late in 2008 so I had little chance to promote it, makes me sad because I wish everyone had gotten the chance to taste it! I was bowled over when I first tasted this wine in July...so elegant but not in any way, shape or form whimpy! First off there are these teensy little bubbles that just sit at the surface welcoming you to take a sip, in the mouth the wine is floral, stony and stone fruit driven...even got an almost cherry like flavor mid palate. Graham cracker crust loaded with butter is what you get on the finish, which is super long and leaves your mouth with the warmest, most comforting flavors.
