"Provocative" is a big rich cabernet, accented with a bit of Cabernet Franc and Syrah for added complexity. The color is dark and ruby red purple with great saturation. There is a wonderful bouquet of cherries, mint, toasty oak, cassis, lavender, cloves and black currants. This delicious Cabernet is very smooth on the palate, viscous and displays considerable power, but also good balance. Very impressive, especially at this price.
