This 2007 Clos Habert appears in the glass with a rich, golden straw color. The ripe aroma suggests honey, which makes us think there is botrytis there. Semi-sweet or off dry to some it is very rich, very complex with a soft texture and a full body. A wine you want to hug and squeeze a bit.
