Bosquet des Papes
The Cuvée Tradition—75% Grenache, 11% Mourvèdre, 9% Syrah, and the rest Cinsault, Counoise, and Vaccarese—has a nose full of dried cherries and spice and is medium bodied with firm fruit tannin. Won-derfully balanced with intense, but not jammy, fruit.
