The first thing I am asked about this wine is, “What’s in it” so let’s get that out of the way, comprised of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul…doesn’t help much does it? What is most important is how it tastes and there we can get into things that might tell you a thing of two. The palate is full of peaches and pears, white flowers and almost basil like herby flavors. Pretty full in the mouth, lots of mouth feel and a nice bit of acid on the back to keep it all nicely balanced.
