Chasseur is one of the most respected producers of top-quality chardonnay and pinot noir in California, and this wine shows why. The Lorenzo Vineyard Chardonnay is Chasseurs top wine, and it's spectacular. Incredibly rich, with an exotic nose of complex fruits and Asian spices, the wines density is perfectly balanced with crisp notes of lemon, tangerine, and toast. It's remarkable how such a rich wine can remain light on its feet and elegant, yet deliver a powerhouse explosion of flavors and colors on the palate. This is the best chardonnay I have tasted so far this year. Not to be missed for chardonnay lovers!
