This is a full flavored, rich, dry sake with a pleasant aroma. It's not too over powering with a little earthiness and a subtle flavor. Rated in the top ten during a large tasting of new sake imports to the United States in 2007, this sake is almost never scene outside of Japan. Our supply is extremely limited.
