Following the welcome trend of unoaked Chardonnays, Huber�s new Chardonnay (only identifiable by its silver capsule) is round in the mouth, broad on the palate and nicely structured. He has beautiful fruit that mercifully isn�t covered up with oak. But�and this is a big BUT�the wine registers at a mouth-numbing 15.4% alcohol! All that beautiful fruit. Many will love this wine.
