The base of this Pear Liqueur is Clear Creek's own Pear Eau de Vie. Because of this, the nose is of a perfectly ripe pear. the taste is surprisingly complex, smooth, slightly floral, with a little bit of acidity to balance it all out. There is also a pear finish that lingers and leaves you going back for more. 23.1%ABV
