This wine made of mostly Pinot Noir has nice richness and bready notes with a slight roasted component and a little lift of lemon on the back. A wine that would be lovely on it’s own but serve it with shellfish and you are in heaven!

2002 Iron Horse Wedding Cuvée Brut
Sonoma County, Green Valley
Don’t think for one minute you have to wait to get married to enjoy this pale-colored wine. Because it contains an overwhelmingly high proportion of Pinot Noir, it is round, soft, supple and sexy in the mouth. The herbal aroma reminds us of a Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Almost caresses the palate.
