Warre’s Ports are distinguished for their structure, power and softly perfumed nose. Warre’s LBV was aged in oak casks over a period of four years after which it was bottled unfiltered and unfined in 2003, then it spent another four years in bottle. Earthy and racy on the nose showing a rich plumy and peppery character. Youthful, fresh and fruity on the palate, but still a full-bodied wine.
