I swear if I tasted this wine blind I would swear it was from France's Champagne region! I know I said I try not to compare sparkling wine and Champagne but this is what I thought the first, second and seventeenth time I tasted this wine. There is such a nice mouthfeel on this wine, you can feel it wrapping around your palate. Some sexy red fruit flavors with the afore mentioned mouthfeel and a custard like creaminess with a sassy little snap on the finish. Only three thousand cases produced so get it while you can!
