This 1999 has a lot of development going for it, and will remind experienced wine lovers of a great thirty year old Bordeaux. The aroma and flavor suggests leather, but the soft fruit is nearly sweet to the taste. Food suggestions flew out the mouths of our staff upon tasting: Steak, lamb and game!
