The Galilee (or Galil) is the most northern, and generally considered the best, appellation in Israel. The 2007 Golan Cabernet Sauvignon highlights bright berry and cherry notes with hints of herb and spice, all rounded out with aromatic vanilla and just a hint of oak. The wine's medium body and classic Cabernet character make it a great easy-drinking Cab.
