Alejandro Fernandez is the visionary winemaker who founded Tinto Pesquera in 1978. His daughter and head enologist is Eva Fernandez who supervised the winemaking of this super-Tempranillo. It has a great aroma, partly due to the 15 months the wine spent in barriques, followed by brilliant, forward fruit that is big, yet balanced by firm tannins. An excellent wine that exceeds all expectations for the La Mancha region.
