WOW! A blast of grapefruit, herbs and exotic white flowers greets your nose in this fabulous, delightful dry white wine. The lavender twist-top suggests something fresh and natural coming from the clear bottle, and the wine delivers. We make nothing like this in California, except a non-oaked Sauvignon Blanc. But no local Sauvignons taste like a morning spoonful of fresh grapefruit with a bit of the quick. Super-clean, no oak, medium body and only 11.5% alcohol. I'll be drinking a lot of this wine during the hot spells to come.
