It's hard to believe that something so pretty can deliver such big flavors. Just a shade darker than the salmon-pink of the Provencal rosé, this Gris de Gris comes from neighboring Corbiéres in the Languedoc region. This one captured new hearts at our June rosé tasting because of its structure, concentration and long, long finish. This wine is all about purity of fruit, so expressive and elegant with layers of luscious cherry, spice and melon with a zippy, ultra crisp finish. From importer Kermit Lynch.
