2006 was an excellent vintage for Auslese, as there was plenty of botrytis to develop that wonderful concentration and honeyed character we love in these wines. Honey and dried apricots and pineapple on the nose, followed by a creamy, opulent palate, this wine delivers tons of pleasure. Have this chilled down with a plate of cheeses and watch the sun go down. Enjoy!
