Torcolato is Veneto's specialty sweet wine made mainly form the local Vespaiolo grape. This grappa uses the must from the dried grapes ans many of the characteristics of dried fruits make their way into this outstanding beverage. With an aroma like dried figs, dates and apricots, there is almost a sweet taste at first, then warming its way in the mouth through the finish where you can taste the essence of beautiful golden raisins.
