This is concentrated, yet elegant, and well worth the hype that surrounds wines from Alvaro Palacios a Bordeaux trained wine-maker. Plenty of spice and ripe black fruit greet you on the nose, but its the complicated palate in another word, complex that makes you take notice: black cherry, anise and flowers are supported by soft, ripe tannins. Blend of Carinena, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon.
