Adi Badenhorst is obsessive about quality, using organic and biodynamic techniques to tend to his 40-60 year old vines and uses minimal intervention winemaking to let them express their terrior. It spends 7 months on the lees. This lusciously textured wine has the nose of stonefruit and spice you expect from a ripe South African Chenin Blanc and an explosion of rich, round stonefruit in the mouth.
