The beautifully elegant packaging on this bottle of wine suits it perfectly as it is a perfectly elegant and regal wine. Very low dosage, so laser sharp and precise crispness of fruit here. More on the fresh cut green apple skin with a blast of chalky minerals wrapped up in lemon cream crust. Long, loaded with tension and a lovely curve on the palate. Very complex and with enough layered complexity to make it a perfect partner to a wide array of dishes. Think cream sauces and roasted seafood or chicken.
