Youthful and very refreshing with some creaminess to its texture, the aromas and flavors are floral and citrusy with some herbal notes. While light it can stand up to both grilled seafood, shellfish and chicken dishes. Also nice as an aperitif.
Easy to drink and full of fruit, this nice white wine is made from a blend of Antao Vaz, Arinto and Perrum (aka Pedro Ximenezin Spain, used in production of sherries). The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. There is no oak on this wine.
