A nice dry style Amaro with bold herbal flavors. There is some slight bitterness but enough secondary characteristics that turn it savory instead of the bitterness lingering.
This 100% grape based Amaro is barrel aged for 3 months before being bottled. A slight bitterness up front becomes hints of fennel, thyme and gentian root. Subtle roasted coffee is paired with cinnamon spice and black tea spices. The bitterness does come back slightly on the finish, giving it a classic Amaro finish.
