Artesano Parellatxa 2022 Vino Tinto. Spain

While there is some dark fruit, the wine isn’t heavy, the mouthfeel has the light candied like profile, like a wine that has gone through Carbonic fermentation. Candied black cherries, bing cherries and hints of candied strawberries coat the palate and make this a very easy drinking wine. I know the word candied is used often in the write up, but this wine is not sweet.
