Sustainable farming. Richly textured with with plenty of stuffing.
Brothers Alexandre and Marc Bachelet burst on the Burgundian wine scene with their first vintage in 2005. Since then they are continued to perfect their craft and it is not unusual to heir their name in the same conversation along with some of the great and much longer established vigneron in the area. This 2017 Puligny-Montrachet off lavishly layered fruit, a dense vanilla and slightly caramel flavors all with tons of body that just keeps giving and giving. Luscious but still traditional Burgundy.
