A charming ever-so-slightly pale red (dark rose), ever-so-slightly sweet sparkling wine from a historic region not for from the Savoie. Fascinating fruit, fascinating earthy notes.

The wine appellation Bugey-Cerdon is located near the Savoie region towards the foothills of the French Alps. Balivet's version is a blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and some local varieties. It has a very light garnet color, with a delightful fruity demi-sec character and a charming sparkle all the way through.
