Bernard Gaucher N.V. Champagne Brut, Cote de Bar, Aube
Quite elegant with richness and structure on the palate. Fresh and baked apples, poached pears, baked bread, a touch of lemon curd and very fine bubbles. Very versatile with seafood, caviar, fried chicken or on its own.
The vineyards of Bernard Gaucher are located in Aube near the town Aronville, in the hilly heart of the Cote des Bar in the southern part of the Champagne wine region.
