A rich, full-flavored Bordeaux-inspired blend containing 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Merlot.
Introducing our newest wine of the month! This amazing bottle is sure to please a variety of people with its combination of quality, bottle age, smooth tannins and price. Plus, the alcohol level is only 13.5% which allows to quality fruit to shine. Obvious Wines are made by Broken Earth Winery in Paso Robles on a 2,500-acre ranch originally planted in 1973. They are certified California Sustainable which preserves natural resources and help to improve air and water quality. Plus, the winery itself is 100% solar powered! This limited production wine is full of rich flavor but with a medium body that doesn’t hit your palate too aggressively. The silky-smooth tannins make it all too easy to drink a glass or a bottle. This wine is also very friendly toward anyone who likes “Old World” European wine due to its bottle age that will add a dried fruit element and complexity. Very food friendly from beef tacos to a grilled steak and even for the dinner table this Thanksgiving. Open a bottle and enjoy with family and friends today!
