NOVEMBER'S SPIRIT OF THE MONTH--VESO APERITIF "NIGHTFALL"

November’s Spirit of the Month is Veso Nightfall. The base of this Aperitif is 2020 Mendocino County Chardonnay. Vibrant dried orange pairs with soft cinnamon. Light sweetness comes out in the form of delicate caramel and hints of vanilla. Bold bark and soft anise flavors dry up the finish. This is the second expression of Veso that has made its way into a Spirit of the Month. Back in May we highlighted the Alpine and you were all big fans of it. Since Veso makes their aperitifs seasonally, they have something for everyone all year long. While the Alpine was bright and paired well with the Spring and Summer weather, the Nightfall is made for these long dark nights and cooler weather.  

Veso makes their products so they can be enjoyed on their own or in cocktails. Nightfall has so much flavor going on without adding anything to it, but there are options for those looking for cocktail use out of it.
