Bodega Cauzon 2020 Mozuelo, Spain

What I found most interesting about this wine is the acidity it has even though the region the grapes are grown in is a desert climate. The first thought when I tasted this wine was “Blueberry pie”; bold notes of blueberries with a hint of baking spice give the idea of a blueberry pie. While notes of dried figs and cranberries give the wine depth and acidity that help create a light finish.
