Certified Organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc this slightly aged Bordeaux offers way more than its price might suggest. Sweet pipe tobacco and anise on the nose along with some plum and baked clay. Still showing some grip from tannin but somehow still giving the impression of plump fruit. Really nicely balanced wine that is great with anything stewed or grilled.
