This wine is 100% Jacquere grown on Savoie’s limestone mountainsides. It could just be one of the crispest beverage ever grace your palate. Without being overwhelming, its acidity delivers just the right amount of snap to balance the fresh fruit of pear, white peach and citrus. At 11% alcohol, its frame is delicate - it would just be so easy to drink the whole bottle. Enjoy this with raclette, grilled cheese, crispy greens, sushi, kimchi fried rice, shellfish, or simply alone.

The Savoie is a picture of perfection with its snow-capped peaks, green rolling hills, wildflowers, and cold, sparkling mountain streams. It faces the western Alps, where Michel Quenard farms twenty-two hectares of vineyards along steep, terraced slopes of the Coteau de Torméry around Chignin. Limestone scree dominates this vineyard land bringing great diversity to its soils, and ultimately, the wines. Michel's grandfather started the domaine in the 1930s, and slowly increased the vineyard holdings, but also selling off most of his wine in bulk. Finally in 1960 Michel’s father, André, began bottling under their his own label. Michel joined the domaine in 1976. Today, he is joined by his two sons, Guillaume and Romain.
