We’ve stocked this Coeur Clementine Rose for three vintages now and each year I swear it gets more lip-smacking. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre, Syrah and Tibouren this dry Rose offers lots of layers but retains a cheery simplicity. You know, the thing that makes Rose so much fun to splash about in. Bursting with stone fruit, apricot and peaches along with a wonderfully balancing herbal quality. A bit softer on the acidity which gives one the inclination to pour another glass, and another, and another. Soft enough for sipping but weighted enough for a wide array of foods.
