This Natural Catalan wine is made up of 85% Cabernet Franc with 15% Parellada from an Organic vineyard. The wine spent 7 days on skins, fermented with indigenous yeasts and a “zero, zero” winemaking practice. Aged 70% in amphora and 30% in stainless steel, this wine is made in extremely small quantities; only 4,690 bottles. “Gratitude” is a bit lighter and less green than most Cab Francs, drinking more similar to a natty Loire valley Gamay with a barnyard funk on the nose and bright red fruits that tingle on the tongue.
