Canada makes more than just Whiskey! This Quebec Gin is infused with seaweed, the additional saltiness really helps the expressiveness of the spirit. Add Oak like they do to this Whisky Barrel finished expression and you add to the depth.
After spending 1 year in ex-Whisky barrels, this gin contains a mouthfeel and fullness which would be expected by fans of brown spirits. Bolder notes of clove and minerality hit the palate first along with hints of allspice. While there is the ever so familiar notes of Juniper, they are subtle throughout. Vibrant lemon peel on the finish continues the salinity profile in this Gin.
