How unique is a distillery infusing Seaweed into their Gin? This really helps the St. Laurent Gins stand out not only in process, but in flavor as well. The salinity given to the Gin really helps secondary characteristics become prominent.
The saltiness given to this Gin by the seaweed is present on the front of the palate and on the finish. Lighter floralness from the juniper and hints of lime acidity round out the taste profile.
