Farmed using organic practices by brothers Pascal and Laurent Borgeot. Puligny-Montrachet always shows, for me anyway, the most intense and distinct pear flavors and this wine does not steer from that style. Minerals, crunchy pear flesh, faint toasted cashews and a bright little energy from lemon oil. Layered and mouth filling with just the perfect amount of oak for more texture and a kiss of seasoning. Drinking brilliantly now and has enough stuffing to hold up for a few years in the cellar.
