A wonderfully charming dry Rose sparkler made from 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Grolleau. Quite forward on the nose which is percolating with apple skin, yeast dough and raisins. Tiny bubbles, more apple on the palate with some pretty red fruit mid palate. Dry, easy going finish.
