Domaine Des Pierres Seches 2019 Saint-Joseph "Pure Syrah"

This is a full-flavored, mouthful of delicious Syrah.  Possessing a gorgeous aroma, round texture and sumptuous flavors, including some oak, but balanced with plenty of fruit.  It’s no shrinking violet—the wine’s 14.5% alcohol tells us the fruit is plenty ripe, but the little bit of heat aside, it is packed with flavor.  You can almost chew it.
