The nose on this 100% Pinot Noir Burgundy is almost ethereal, with red fruits - cherries and raspberries - with some floral - violets, forest floor - and spicy notes of white pepper. Very supple on the palate consistent with the nose with precise flavors, tannins and acidity. Well delineated with soft and very fine grained tannins. Pair with small game birds, roast pheasant, poultry, Asian cuisine.
